Bayside Council is consulting with the community to understand how satisfied you are with Council’s performance across several areas of our business.

The last Community Satisfaction Survey was undertaken in 2019. We are now undertaking another survey to review our performance and inform the development of our draft Customer Experience Strategy and review of the Bayside 2030 Community Strategic Plan next year.

The Bayside 2032 Community Strategic Plan is our highest-level, long-term plan for Bayside. It reflects your vision, aspirations and priorities for the future, and details your service expectations and how we will work together to achieve these goals.

Have your say

We invite you to help shape the future of Bayside by completing the below satisfaction survey. Your feedback will tell us:

• how we are doing
• what we can do better
• what improvements you would like to see in your area
• what our priorities should be for the future.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes of your time. Your feedback will help us understand how to improve our performance.

Submissions close midnight 30 September 2023.

Next steps

The survey results will inform the development of Council's draft Customer Experience Strategy and the review of the Bayside 2032 Community Strategic Plan and supporting documents in 2024.
