Project Background
Council proposes to revise the draft Councillor Expenses & Facilities Policy. This policy outlines the expenses for which the Mayor and Councillors can be reimbursed, as well as the facilities and support they are entitled to use.
The policy is guided and complies with the Local Government Act 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulation 2021, and the Office of Local Government’s Guidelines.
What's Happening Now?
The revised draft policy is now open for public review and feedback.
