Bayside Council proposes a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 13A Church Avenue, Mascot NSW 2020 Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 547700.

Objectives of the proposed VPA

The objectives of the proposed Planning Agreement are to:

  • Provide Development Contributions for the benefit of the public in the form of the payment of $3,696,047.95 towards public purposes relating to open space and/or recreation in the Mascot Station Precinct.
  • To achieve local infrastructure and development contributions in line with Section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) (the Act)'.
