Council adopts Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
At the Council meeting on 20 June 2012, the Customer Satisfaction Survey Results were adopted recommending the results along with the improvement action plan be promoted to the community.
Thank you to all those who participated in sharing your experiences, views and thoughts to assist our continuous improvement in service delivery.

Publicly available information is limited to your screen name and any comments you leave under that name in the publicly visible forums on the site.

Individual survey responses, voting patterns and quick poll responses will not immediately be made available publicly on the site, however, feedback (including overall results of polls and surveys, and in some instances, unidentifiable and randomly chosen quotes or comments from surveys) may be published in publicly available reports at the end of the consultation period.
