The Operational Plan is a one-year plan that details Councils actions and budget for the next 12 months.

The Operational Plan must include the council’s detailed annual budget, along with the council’s Statement of Revenue Policy, which includes the proposed rates, fees and charges for that financial year.

Reported on annually to achieve the objectives of the Delivery Program.

Councils in NSW set specific fees and charges within a framework established by the State Government for activities and services like hiring of parks and facilities, use of libraries, certificates and applications etc. This document details the proposed Fees & Charges for Bayside.

The CSP reflects Council’s long-term vision for the future and includes strategies to achieve goals and measures to track progress.

Developed in collaboration with the community, the CSP provides a blueprint for how Council, together with our community, businesses, all levels of government, and non-government partners, works to address key challenges and achieve shared outcomes.

It guides all of Council’s plans, policies, and budgets, ensuring a cohesive approach to delivering on community goals and vision.

The Delivery program is a four-year plan that outlines Councils objectives and key projects for the next four years.

The Delivery Program is the key ‘go-to’ document for the councillors. It identifies all of the key activities the council has committed to undertaking over its four-year term.

All council plans, projects, activities, and funding allocations must be directly linked to the Delivery Program.

All feedback will be collected and reviewed to inform the final documents.

A report outlining the feedback received, any changes made, and a recommendation for adoption will be presented to the council in June 2026.

Once adopted, the final documents will be published on our website and shared with the relevant state authorities.
