Bayside Council is proposing to enter into a Planning Agreement with Isak Investments Pty Ltd.
What is a Planning Agreement?
A Planning Agreement is a legal agreement entered into by a planning authority (such as Bayside Council) and a developer. Under the Planning Agreement, a developer agrees to provide contributions that link to improvements in local community services and facilities.
The Benefits of this Proposed Draft Planning Agreement
This proposed draft Planning Agreement focusses on advertising and signage and includes the following public benefit contributions:
- $51,368 +CPI (12/2/19 - 26/4/21,arrears)
- $28,560 +CPI, (27/4/21 - 26/4/22)
- $28,560 +CPI (27/4/22 - 26/4/23)
- $28,560 +CPI (per annum, 5-year term,3 years remaining).
