At its Ordinary Meeting of 10 May 2017, Council resolved to place a revised Code of Meeting Practice on public exhibition.

Council has an adopted Code of Meeting Practice which governs the way Council conducts its Council and Committee meetings. The amendments proposed to the existing Code are highlighted in track changes to the document for ease of identifying the changes.

The draft Code is on public exhibition and may be viewed on Council's website www.bayside.nsw.gov.au or at Council's Customer Service Centre and all branch libraries.

Written comments on the draft Code are invited and should be addressed to the General Manager, Bayside Council, PO Box 21, Rockdale, NSW 2216 or can be faxed to (02) 9562 1777 or emailed to council@bayside.nsw.gov.au. The public exhibition of the draft code and the submission of any written comments close 5pm on Tuesday 4 July 2017.

Council will consider all submissions at a subsequent meeting.
